Keelspot, a Norwegian innovator in digital maritime logistics, is looking for an operational powerhouse - a true shipping enthusiast with deep expertise in Breakbulk and Project Cargo. We’re seeking someone who can excel on the ground in one or more of our key markets - Norway, Poland, Belgium, the Netherlands or Germany. With a strong network of cargo owners, freight forwarders and shipowners, you'll be pivotal in bringing clients on board, ensuring every cargo request is met with fast, creative solutions and high fulfillment rates.

What You’ll Do

• Lead operational success: creatively solve incoming cargo requests and ensure seamless fast transactions.
• Use your network to expand our reach and onboard new clients across Europe.
• Collaborate with our Customer Success and Tech teams to drive growth and position Keelspot as the go-to platform for the shipping industry.

What You Bring

• Strong network with charterers and shipowners in Europe.
• Minimum 5 years of shipping experience, especially in Breakbulk and Project Cargo.
• A passion for operational efficiency, with strong skills in quick, effective problem-solving.
• The ability to apply industry expertise to benefit both the team and clients, driving product improvements and enhancing platform capabilities.
